Sales Express is contributing to the Skill India initiative by training the girls and boys of rural India on Sales Skills and creating Rural Sales Force of India. This ensures that they get local job opportunities and live a respectable life.
Why We Need It
India is at an inflection point and numerous national and international industry reports suggest a huge surge in the requirement of sales professional in the country. The MSME segment and the foreign companies which are expanding their base in India need an elite sales force who are competent, committed and trustworthy. Sales Express is working at the grassroots level by training the rural youth and College students to make them job ready. We especially focus on training and empowering girls and women so that they can join the workforce at the earliest and lead a dignified life. At the same time we are working closely with the Start-Ups to help them carve a niche for themselves in this V-U-C-A world. This technology based Start-Up community is going to be a key growth driver for the country in the years to come.
